- My daughter has had a rescue pit for 8 years now. She has no children. Her dog is the most well behaved obedient dog I have ever seen. My son has a Jack Russell/Rat terrier mix. It bit his wife and his son on different occasions. Both ended up on intravenous for 10 days.
